Departure to Tirgu Jiu, the city of the great artist
Constantin Brancusi, the real father of modern sculpture.
Visiting Brancusi's theme park. Stop on the way to
visit one the famous monasteries in Wallachia: Horezu
(listed on UNESCO heritage list). Arrival in Curtea
de Arges and accommodation at 2*++ Posada Hotel (
the best in the area ). Visiting this little charming
town - the monastery (one of the most precious treasury
of Romanian mediaeval architecture) and the Old Princely
Court (with Byzantine frescoes originated in XIV Sec.
). Wallachian specific dinner.

After breakfast, departure to Sinaia ( breath taking
drive on Rucar-Bran pass ). Lunch break on the way.
Arrival in the afternoon in Sinaia and accommodation
at 4* elegant hotel Palas. Visiting Peles Castle.
This property, located in the heart of the Carpathian
Mountains, was the summer-residence of the Romanian
kings and is the most beautiful palace in South-Eastern
Europe. Dinner.

Breakfast and head to Tulcea. Lunch
break on the way. Arrival in the afternoon. Accommodating
on the 4* Ship - Hotel. Proceed deep on Danube Delta
- amazing land. Fisherman's special dinner.

Morning time - already in the heart
of Delta! After breakfast, start discover this amazing
land, using small boats through the narrow channels
or the Ship-Hotel to explore some of the most important
lakes in the area. Lunch, dinner and accommodation in
the same floating 4* hotel. |
| DAY 7 |
After breakfast, continuing sightseeing
Danube Delta. Arrival on Tulcea Harbor by noon. Lunch
break and departure to Constanta. Visiting Greek ruins
at Histria. Accommodation and dinner in Mamaia resort
at 3* Dorna Hotel. |
| DAY 8 |
After breakfast, before noon, walking
sightseeing city tour of Constanta. Visiting some of
the most important museums: the Roman mosaic, the archeology
museum. Lunch break. Departure to Bucharest in the afternoon.
Arrival and accommodation at Capitol 3* Hotel very well
located in the heart of the city. Romanian special dinner. |
| DAY 9 |
Walking tour in Bucharest historical district after
breakfast. Visiting the Patriarchal church, the Village
Museum or the Art museum ... On your way, you may
pas the enormous Palace of Parliament, a memorial
to Ceausecu’s ideals and visions of Communism.
Transfer to the airport in the afternoon.
